Theft of Oil from Shelter Housing

We have received a report of theft of heating oil from the shelter housing on Quaker Close Reeth.  The heating levels on both oil tanks were checked on 7/3/26 with 4 bars on each tank and on the 13/3/26 there was no oil in either of the tanks.  It is estimated that 1500 litres of oil were taken , this would have required a pump and a van/flatbed to take it away.

Did you hear or see anything, if you live in the vicinity of Quaker Close and have Ringdoor bell /CCTV or dashcam please can you check.
